Using microarray analysis (Rosetta Resolver and GeneSpring) to determine changes in gene expression in the MCF10AT model of breast cancer progression; investigating ability to make targeted changes to genomic DNA to cause heritable changes in gene expression/gene function; following microarray analysis, use RNAi to determine significance of specific gene changes.
